My yoga journey began in 1998, most recently culminating in the successful completion of the Samadhi Yoga Teacher Training Diploma. I still see myself as a student of yoga, continuing my training and always learning from the experience of other teachers and students alike. I have strong interest in Iyengar style yoga.
The classes I teach are relaxed but challenging, usually focusing on specific areas of the body that commonly present issues. Through yoga, these areas are activated, stretched and strengthened.
Whether you are a first-timer or have been "yogaing" for years, I recommend that you try practising with different teachers and styles to find a class that suits you. I hope when you come to yoga practice you will leave feeling rejuvenated, prepared for everyday life, both physically and mentally.
